Shiho Sakakibara is a spiritualist around campus. Her first appearance is when she meets Keiichi, and stays at Tarikihongan in order to exorcise him. However, she often gets her "formulas" all wrong (summoning demons instead of exorcising them and summoning Garm instead of a Buddhist protector.)

The point of her existence is to show that Belldandy has jealousy storms. She then appeared again in the Queen Sayoko arc, but she's easily defeated.
